1984 - First Major Surgical-Medical Mission held in Ifugao Dec 19-23 and biggest funded so far

1986 - Titan Medical Specialist Inc was created by Jan Salvador, Tony Pobre, Oca Naidas, Jess Valencia and Dindo Blanco
1987 - the TITANS Medical Foundation, Inc. (TMFI) was created
1989 - Titans Medical Forum I was formed and the First Fraternity to offer an accredited CME in the Philippines
1993 - Titan Frathouse (Kundiman st.) was purchased
- 2nd CME Titans Medical Forum II sponsored by SBTF & TMFI with Roche as sole sponsor held in UST Med Bldg
1994 - Ratification of the SBTF Constitution under pGT Molly Lua. The committee was chaired by Carlo Cadiz
1995 - Choy Peralta - First 2nd generation of Titans
- Tsunami 22, produced the largest number of neobrods from a single batch
- Highest grossing Titans car raffle concert (2 cars as top prizes, the raffle was held during the frat-organized concert with True Faith as performers) and rebirth of the Titans Olympics (brods competed in 8 major sports events). Both headed by Alfred Lasala II under pGT Ricky Aranzamendez III

1999 - First Titans USA reunion at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim and hosted by the LA group
2000 - Subic Bay reunion in Subic Bay, Philippines. Committee headed by Carlo Cadiz
2001 - First major concert co-produced by the Titans at the Araneta Coliseum featuring Side A and Freestyle, the 2 biggest bands in the country at that time
- 2nd Titans USA reunion at Freehold, New Jersey hosted by East Coast Titans
2003 - 3rd Titans USA reunion in Hawaii, hosted by the Hawaii group
2004 - Canyon Woods reunion in Tagaytay City. Committe headed by pGT Elmer Espino
2006 - Formal induction of Titans USA officers in Vallejo, California and sworn in by Robert Sy and hosted by Bong Arroz
2007 - Las Vegas Reunion in Nevada hosted by Eric Lazo
- 40th Anniversary reunion at Camp John Hay, Baguio City. Committee Chaired by Carlo Cadiz and Co-chaired by pGTAndy Pelingo and pGTMolly Lua
2008 - creation of the Philippine Titans Alumni Association headed by pGT Albert Bercasio
